Brookfield bakery supply all of the delicious breads that we make into our delectable sandwiches. 

They are a small commercial bakery based in Tansley. It is run by the husband and wife team of Mick and Barbara Titley who used to own a small bakery in Matlock.

This small family butchers, based in Holloway village, is owned and run by master butcher Robin Maycock. His son Jonathan, who is also a master butcher is incremental in the operation. Their meats are sourced locally and make some amazing pies, meals and cakes in their bake house. The bake house is also a family affair, Robins wife Glynis and daughter Emily do all the baking!

Based in Tideswell, Peak District Dairy is the supplier of all of our dairy produce. All the milk is from their own dairy herd and their range of ice cream, yoghurt and butter, all produced on the farm, are all superb! You will see Robert at many of the shows locally and also has his ice cream vans on Matlock park!

Sam is the lady who is responsible for all of our beautiful cakes. Sam bakes from her house in Little Eaton and supplies us with such things as the Blueberry cake and our much celebrated flapjack. Sam hand whisks all of her cakes and she tells us this is the secret to the lightness and moist texture.

Run in Eyam by David and Barbara, they provide us with our range of Tray Bakes. Having owned the Real Food Company in Wirksworth they sold that business to concentrate on the Bake house. If you have never had a slice of Chocolate and Orange toffee slice or After eight slice, make sure you treat yourself next time your in!

Based in Lincolnshire pipers crisps supply us with an amazing range of crisps. Using locally grown potatoes and being batch fried by hand they are too good for words. Try a few bags to find your favourite flavour!

Steve Leighton is our master roaster. He is responsible for the freshly roasted coffee we serve. Steve has an unrivalled knowledge of all things coffee and always makes sure our coffee is of an incredibly high standard. From his base in Staffordshire steve roasts hundreds of different blends. Based on Riber hill, Teake is a fine chocolatier. He produces all of our Peli Chocolate bars but is better known for his amazing celebration cakes. If you want something amazing for a wedding or party then look him up. His easter eggs are to die for too!
